- While booking, you agree to pay the invoiced amount in advance, via our online payment gateway in order to secure the booking. Please note, without any advanced payment, your booking request will be dropped unconditionally.
- Hotel will take your booking request as a prepaid basis and will do the best to reserve your preferred room. However, there may some case arise which is completely beyond our control and we apologize for that. In such case we will try the best possible way to resolve the issue.
- The rooms reserved through our online panel, we consider the rooms are for you and your family. These rooms are not for any corporate event. If you need a group booking corporate sales, you are requested to contact with our official corporate phone numbers for further guidelines.
- The reservation made by this online panel is not for resell.
- With every reservation, you will be entitled for the standard facilities available for each room type as per the hotel policy and market standard practice.
- The hotel will follow it’s standard check-in and check-out policy in effect. Our Check-in is 12:00AM and Check-out is 11.:00AM.
- You will settle any dues during check-out. We are not accepting any personal checks or personal credit at this moment.
